Shipping policy

 

Welcome to Verdadomus (hereinafter referred to as "I" or "we"). We are committed to providing you with the best transportation experience for your bedroom, baby, and office furniture. Please read the following terms carefully to understand how we handle the delivery of your orders.

Delivery Scope
We currently only provide shipping services within Australia. We do not support shipping to countries other than Australia at this time.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: Orders with a total value of AUD 90.00 or more are shipped free of charge.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders totaling less than AUD 90.00, a flat shipping fee of AUD 9.99 will be charged.

Taxes
Transparency is key to our service. All applicable taxes and related fees are already included in the product price displayed on the website. You are not required to pay any additional tax fees upon checkout or delivery.

Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 18:00 (6:00 PM) based on Australia/Sydney time (AEST/AEDT).

  • Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next business day.

  • If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing will commence on the next available business day.

Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, we require 1-3 business days to prepare, pack, and dispatch your items from our warehouse.

Transit Time
After the processing period is complete and the item has been dispatched, the estimated transit time for delivery is 7-10 business days. Please note that total delivery time involves both processing time and transit time.

Logistics Carriers
To ensure your furniture reaches you safely, we partner with reliable carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express. We may select the most suitable carrier based on the size of your item and your location.

Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and the carrier's tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment by visiting the "Track Order" page on our website. Simply enter your email address (or phone number) and the corresponding order number to view real-time updates.

Liability Statement

  • Product Damage or Loss in Transit
    If your furniture arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please retain all original packaging and provide photos of the damage to assist us in resolving the issue.

  • Order Modification and Cancellation
    If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order has been shipped. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the order.

  • Shipping Address and Liability
    It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost packages or delivery failures caused by incorrect or insufficient address details provided by you.

Signing Instructions
Given the nature of furniture items, we strongly recommend that you inspect the outer packaging for any visible signs of damage before signing for the delivery. If the packaging appears significantly damaged, please note this with the courier or refuse the package and contact us immediately.

Delivery Restrictions
Due to the size and weight of bedroom, baby, and office furniture, we generally cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a valid physical street address (residential or commercial) to ensure successful delivery.

Unforeseen Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, external factors such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier operational disruptions may cause delays. We appreciate your patience in these instances and will do our best to keep you informed.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the package, they may leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or where to collect your package. Failure to collect the package within the carrier's specified timeframe may result in the item being returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping fees may apply.
