Welcome to Verdadomus (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are committed to providing you with the best transportation experience for your nightstands, baby furniture, and office furniture. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our shipping procedures.
Delivery Scope
We currently only support delivery within Australia. We do not support delivery to countries other than Australia at this time.
Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Orders totaling AUD 90 or more are delivered free of charge.

Standard Shipping Fee: For orders totaling less than AUD 90, a flat shipping fee of AUD 9.99 will be charged.
Taxes and Duties
Transparency is key to our service. All taxes and relevant fees are already included in the product price. You are not required to pay any additional fees or taxes upon delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 18:00 (6:00 PM) based on Australia/Sydney time (AEST/AEDT).

Orders placed before 18:00 on a business day will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next available business day.
Handling Time
Once your order is confirmed, we require 1-3 business days to process, pick, pack, and dispatch your items.
Transit Time
After the handling process is complete and the order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time for delivery to your address is 7-10 business days.
Logistics Carriers
To ensure your furniture arrives safely, we partner with reputable carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express. The specific carrier depends on the size and weight of the furniture ordered.
Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and the logistics carrier's tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website and entering your Email Address or Phone Number along with the corresponding Order Number.
Liability Statement

Damaged or Lost Products: If your furniture arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy.

Order Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us before the shipment has been dispatched. Once the goods have been handed over to the carrier, we may not be able to intercept the package, and you may need to follow the return process.

Shipping Address Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delayed or lost packages resulting from incorrect address details provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Signing Instructions
Given the nature of furniture items, we strongly recommend that you or a designated recipient be present to sign for the delivery. Please inspect the outer packaging for any visible signs of significant damage before signing. If the package appears severely damaged, please refuse the shipment or note "Damaged" on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
Unforeseen Delays
While we strive to meet the stated shipping times, transit times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, strikes, or network disruptions. In such cases, we will communicate with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Multiple Packages
For larger furniture orders, your items may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure safety during transit. These packages may arrive on different days. You will be able to track all packages associated with your order.
