Order Cancellation

 

At Verdadomus (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), we are dedicated to providing high-quality nightstands, nursery furniture, and office furniture through our online store. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to adjust your purchase. Please review our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Conditions

  • Within 48 Hours: Orders placed within the last 48 hours that have not yet been shipped are eligible for direct cancellation.

  • After 48 Hours or Shipped Orders: If more than 48 hours have passed since you placed your order, or if the order has already been shipped (regardless of the timeframe), we are unable to cancel the order. In such cases, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items, and then contact us to initiate a return and refund. For more details, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.

Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team via email at hello@verdadomus.com or call us at +1 (585) 794-9720. You must provide your Order Number and Proof of Payment to verify the request.

  • Our customer service team will process your application immediately upon receipt. Once approved, we will inform you of the result and arrange the refund processing without delay.

Refund Policy
Once the cancellation or return is confirmed:

  • Method: Refunds will be returned to the original bank card account (Visa, MasterCard) used for the payment.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we estimate that the refund will arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

  • Late Refunds: If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address or contact information rather than cancel the order entirely, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order. We cannot modify shipping details once the order has been dispatched.

Cancellations Initiated by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • The ordered item is unexpectedly out of stock.

  • The payment information provided cannot be verified.

  • A duplicate order was placed in error.
    If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
